Services, Inc. (AMS). AMS is committed to your right to privacy. In the remainder of
this document, wherever the company name Creative Kidstuff occurs, it includes
by reference Automated Member Services, Inc. This policy describes the approach to securing
the data you share with Creative Kidstuff Gift Registry and GOBirthday Club and how it will be used.
Please familiarize yourself with this policy. Notices will be posted on this page
highlighting the date of the most current release.

Consent
By using this site, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data
as described in this policy. By using this site after any changes to this policy
have been posted, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data
pursuant to such modified terms, which are subject to change without notice.
What is collected
We collect personal data necessary to support your use of the gift
registry and GOBirthday Club services. This includes your name, physical address, phone number, e-mail
address, and date of birth. With regard to an event for which you are registering,
we collect the name of the event, its date, and location.
If there is a co-registrant for an event, we will collect the same data as for
a primary registrant. For participants in the GOBirthday Club, see the
Children section below.
We may also collect data related to your web presence, such as
your IP address, browser type, operating system type, and dates and times of use.
This data will help us administer our networks and servers, and diagnose problems.
You have the option at any time to change your privacy preferences, for example,
to opt into or out of marketing contacts from us or to change or
correct your personal data.
How We will use this Data
We will use your data for the purpose of providing you and your
Gift Givers with gift registry and GOBirthday Club support. We may contact you via
e-mail, phone or mail to assist you in using these services. AMS employees
and the employees of Creative Kidstuff who provide these services to you may have
access to this information. All such employees sign a privacy agreement as a
requirement of their employment.
We may aggregate your data with that of other registrants for
the purpose of analyzing the demographic attributes of Creative Kidstuff Gift
Registry and GOBirthday Club service users, when consumers use these services,
and their patterns of activity. This aggregated data may be shared with others
who are not subject to our privacy policies; however, the process
of aggregation will eliminate the ability to identify any of the persons whose
data has been included.
In addition, we may also contact you with special offers or promotions which you have
aggreed to receive.
From time to time we may present offers or services that may be of interest to
you from Creative Kidstuff. If you elect to accept the offers, We
will provide appropriate personal information to them for you. Be assured that
all offers are carefully selected and that We will closely
manage the submission of information. Except as described, We
do not share your personal data with any third parties. You have the option at
any time to opt out of receiving offers from us.
Sharing Data
We may provide you with special offers and promotions. For example,
we may present special pricing on items for which you are registered, or send
offers during the month of your child's birthday.
If you are not interested in receiving special offers from us you
may change your marketing options online, in-store, or contact us. Please be sure
to include your e-mail address, full name, and specify what benefits and offers you do not wish to receive.
Children
Because we care about the safety and privacy of children online, we comply with the
Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA). COPPA and its accompanying
FTC regulations serve to protect the privacy of children using the Internet.
Specifically, we follow these policies:
- Children under the age of 13 must be registered by an adult sponsor. The
contact information for a child's registration is the contact information for the
sponsoring adult, not for the child.
- We collect only the data necessary to support the child's participation in
Gift Registry and optional programs such as the GOBirthday Club. We use children's
birthday data to determine the child's age in order to assess if a sponsoring adult
is required for registration.
- Any registry, including a child's, may be designated as private, so that a
password is needed in order to see the event details and the child's gift list on the website.
By deception we may receive information pertaining to children under 13. If we are
notified of this, as soon as we verify the notification we will obtain sponsoring
adult consent or otherwise delete the information from our servers. If you want to
notify us of our inadvertent receipt of information for children under 13, please do so
by contacting us by any method in the contact us page.
Data Storage and Encryption
The data we collect on you as a part of these services
is stored on servers in a physically secured data center. Networks into and out
of the data center are protected by firewalls and other intrusion detection devices.
Only authorized employees and you, via your password, have access to this data.
Data streams containing individually-identifiable data are secured and encrypted
during transmission over the Internet.
Making Your Event Private
You may select to make your event private, in which case Gift Givers who wish
to view your wish list will need to have a password, which only you can give them.
You can make an event private any time, when you first "Register Your Wish List"
or later when you decide to "Change Or Add to Your List" you can make it password
protected by clicking on "Event Details" on the "Wish List Options" drop down.
All other wish lists may be viewed by anyone who searches on the site with your
first and last name or by using your private password. Gift Givers will only be
allowed to view and print your wish list or indicate that they have purchased a
gift. Gift Givers cannot see your personal data or make any changes to your personal or event data.
Changing or Correcting Your Data
You may review and change your personal or event data at any time online or by
contacting us. You will be required to sign in with your
first and last name and the password you created at the time you signed up for
either of these serivces.
Temporary Session Browser Cookies
Cookies are small pieces of information that we give your browser
software to hold in temporary storage while you are logged into a secure encrypted
session. These are called "session cookies" and they are not kept permanently on
your computer, but are erased at the end of your session. Creative Kidstuff's
site requires the use of session cookies and may not work correctly without them
