The Creative Kidstuff Gift Registry and GOBirthday Club web sites are provided solely for the personal, noncommercial use of the service users. You may download, print, and/or store selected portions of the site for your own personal and noncommercial use; however, no right, title, or interest in any downloaded materials is transferred to you as a result of such downloading.

Our Privacy Pledge
At Creative Kidstuff we understand you are concerned about collection and use of your personal information. We will only use the data you provide as described in the policy. Please review our privacy pledge to learn about our commitment to respecting and protecting your privacy and personal data.

Your Password
When you sign up with the Creative Kidstuff Gift Registry or GOBirthday Club services, you will create a password which will authorize you and only you to change, or delete material from your registry. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of the password since you will be responsible for any and all activity that takes place under your password.

Children
Creative Kidstuff does not directly contact, target or collect data from children. All information for a child must be provided by the parent, and we will only collect the information a parent chooses to provide. Such information will, of course, be subject to the data sharing provisions described in our privacy pledge. Sponsoring adults may also choose to make a registry for a child's event private, as described in our privacy pledge. When signing up for a child under the age of 13, you certify that you are the sponsoring adult of such child.
